I’m clinging on to the last bits of the local asparagus season. At the Kitchener Market on Saturday I bought a quart box of asparagus tips from the Gmach’s. They played a starring role in tonight’s dinner.
An omelette with joannes eggs and potatoes from the Gmach’s rounded out my plate. Along with a salad and some fried mushrooms. Apparently it was a big dinner.
After work I unloaded the van and stored away the last of the Filbert stuff. Washing the last of Z out of the fridge was a chore — followed by a swim.
The adventure continues…
